K&R Staffing HR Consulting LLC is Hiring a Warehouse/Counter Sales Near Mobile, AL

We are now hiring for a local warehouse who is in need of a warehouse associate who will eventually transition to a counter sales position. Warehouse duties include:

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for auditsKeep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisationComplete diary logs into inventoryReport any discrepanciesCommunicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkersOperate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipmentFollow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Requirements

Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker
Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift heavy objects
Ability to read blueprints accurately
Electrical experience/knowledge
High school diploma or equivalent
